Southwest Airlines donates $300,000 in travel to... →
You may have seen me post a few things about this in December… For every check-in on Facebook to a Southwest airport, Southwest donated $1 to Make-A-Wish Foundation up to $300,000. Although I know they didn’t reach 300,000 check-ins, Southwest still donated the amount they said they would.
And I can say I know I checked-in at least 20 times! Yay!

Flight 2443
PHX - LAS
For once, I wasn’t disappointed with TSA! The line for security was incredibly long (took me around 20 min to get through) but they had all of their agents working to check IDs and screen bags - so they were doing the best they could.
When I got to the gate, I found out the flight was booked to 139 (two over), but only 132 people were checked in… so I sat patiently praying...
Apologies
I must apologize for not posting much recently.
I just started up a new degree (Motion Picture & Television Production… for those of you who were wondering :P) and my nose has not left a text book for the last week.
Okay, that’s a lie. But I’ve been busy enough that I haven’t even caught up on my favorite Tumblrs - if that puts it into perspective for ya.
I’m...

Buuuut I’ll make an exception for family!
My sister started up her own Tumblr and Etsy site, focused solely on her desire to “upcycle” old materials and make them into beautiful accessories.
She’s just starting up and could use some fans interested in her pieces. You can find her Tumblr and info about her Etsy site here: Ava Accents.

It’s amazing how people scope out people’s boarding passes. My philosophy is that if the five of you are in your boarding area between the poles, it doesn’t really matter all that much. Everyone is going to get a seat! They probably just wanted to sit together… but with boarding passes between B 1-30; there will most likely be two seats together in the back. I just keep my...

Flight 1720, 14
PHX - LAS
I wasn’t expecting to be the last person to board the plane, but I was. I had looked yesterday to see how many open seats there were and there were 20+, but when I got to the gate today, there was only 1. I started freaking out a little since if I wasn’t able to get on the flight, I’d be late to my friend’s baby shower. Luckily, the gate agent called my name and...

Flight 756, 733
PHX - LAS, 1/7/10
My flight on Friday was fun - the two people next to me were part of an 8 person group flying to Vegas for a friend’s birthday party. Even though the flight was at 1pm, they were already drunk. haha The flight into Vegas was pretty bumpy - Although the clouds were beautiful to see the least! I also enjoyed reading the new Spirit Magazine - some of my followers were...
